The 2010 Santa Clarita City Council election is an important one. Our city has grown tremendously over the past decade and we have an important choice to make about who will be Santa Clarita’s next City Council members. I want to tell you why I’m supporting David Gauny.
David has been an active champion of homeowner and business concerns during the past five years. As a subcommittee chair of our Economic Development Corporation, he has a plan for growing our tax revenues without building our city out with the urban density and sprawl that has ruined so much of Los Angeles. Most recently, David stood firmly with Bob Kellar in calling for tougher enforcement of our immigration laws.

Our city needs new vision that includes a strategic plan for our future and we need to give more residents and businesses a voice at City Hall. He continues to listen to all of the concerns of our citizens and he will not be weak-willed when it is time to act.
